Top Features & Requirements
• The module can be used in all DotNetNuke 4/5 versions.
No Portal Modifications Required
After installation, the module is immediately ready to use! No portal settings are affected by the installation and no additional software will be installed!
User-Friendly Configuration
All Carousel options are preset for quick-start use, and for most settings, drop-down lists allow you to choose from a wide range of options, with comprehensive help available for every setting.
Carousel Rotation Options
Automatic: The Carousel continually rotates while the site visitor controls the rotation direction and speed by positioning their mouse pointer.
Buttons: Navigation buttons that control rotation can be placed anywhere within the animation.
Image Click Actions
When clicking on a Carousel image, choose from these action options:
• Detail Page: A detail page opens that includes more information about the selected image, so that more information about a product can be provided. Two text fields can be displayed, with both fields supporting the most common HTML tags.
• Lightbox: Details of the clicked image are shown in a Lightbox. It is even possible to open an entire website in a Lightbox! Lightbox presentations can be configured with 10 different themes and extensive custom settings including the full range possibilities that HTML allows!
• Link: When the user clicks an image, a link opens to any web page you choose.
Wide Selection of Presentation Options
You can configure 3D Carousel V1 to your exact specifications using radius, perspective, speed, background image and mirroring settings. All text and background colors are easy to configure, too.
Import/Export Functions
Use the powerful Import/Export function to export content only, or export the complete 3D Carousel V1 module with settings for importing into another 3D Carousel V1 instance. Import/Export allows for flexible portability from project to project. Using the Import/Export functions, you can now:
• Design your 3D Carousel locally or on a test site before importing it for public display on another website.
• Create pre-made 3D Carousels that can be easily imported into other websites.
• With one click, backup all the content or the full 3D Carousel V1 module with settings
Extensive JavaScript Support
With 3D Carousel V1, you can extend any animation event using custom JavaScript Functions (ImageClicked, MouseOver, MouseOut, AnimationLoaded, DetailPageLoaded, etc.). And you can fully enhance the user interface experience, even controlling the animation externally with additional JavaScript Events (InvokeImageClick, InvokeDetailPageClose, etc.)
High-Resolution Images
All images in the Carousel are shown without any flickering – even photos are displayed in pin-sharp detail during the rotation movement! This means that you can create top quality animations (e. g. image galleries) with very impressive results.
Randomize Images
Randomized Images works to create a dynamic Carousel display when you have a large number of images that cannot be shown all together. When you enable the Randomized Images feature, every time the Carousel page is displayed, a different group of images from the Carousel are displayed.
HTML Support
Font size, font color and line spacing for all text can be easily customized using drop-down selection lists. Additional text formatting is also available using a sub-set of HTML tags within the text body.
Alternative Content
All mediaANT 3d modules are built with a smart solution called Alternative Content. On any device or machine where Adobe Flash is not installed or supported, Alternative Content can display an image or other HTML content that you define. Alternative Content is indexed by search engines, too, making the feature perfect for creating search engine friendly content!
Optimized Carousel Loading
Optimized for best performance, the 3D Carousel animation file is only 55Kb and is loaded asynchronously (AJAX/HTTP Request), to render Carousel pages quickly and to keep your web site running fast!

A preloader is an indicator to inform the viewer that content is being loaded, e.g. "Please wait…" A default preloader (preloader.swf) has been provided and is preset for this option.
Frames per Second: Specifies the frame rate or frequency at which images are to be displayed in the Carousel.
Default: 30/40
The framerate affects how smoothly your animation plays. For example, an carousel set to 24 frames per second (fps) plays 24 frames each second. If the framerate is set to 40 fps, the carousel appears to animate more smoothly than if it ran at 24 fps. However, your carousel at 40 fps also plays much faster than it does at 24 fps, so the total duration (in seconds) is shorter.
Use the lowest possible frame rate that makes your carousel appear to play smoothly, which helps reduce the strain on the end-user's processor.
